Family Time!

So, my cousin Elizabeth is turning 5 this week and so for her birthday she came down (with her parents of course) and we had a little party for her and we went to Disneyland!

The Birthday party was Tinker Bell themed and of course included little tiara's for people to wear!

Here's the whole crew on the Bug's Life train! (Elizabeth and I are in the front, this was the first of many rides we went on together)

Who knew take-out boxes could fly?!

Aaron and Elizabeth having a good time

Here's Adam and Javier on the swings:

You always have to get your picture with Pluto

(too bad he's not a planet any more)

Dumbo - another staple for a 5 year old!

Here's Adam and I waiting for the group to buy some popcorn!

And here we are again in the Matterhorn (well, half of me)

My mom and her brother (Uncle Tim, Elizabeth's Dad) about to become Space Rangers!

Lastly, We went on Pirates and got stuck for about a half hour under a water fall of fog and a scary video - not the most fabulous thing ever but still kind of funny!

HAPPY 5th BIRTHDAY ELIZABETH!!!!

New Years Eve Party

So, Adam and I got invited to both a costume party and a fancy "dress-up" type party, but we were feeling like home bodies so the day before we made a few phone calls and invited a few friends over and it ended up to be a very nice time. Due to the fact that 3 of our guest where with child... Martinelli's was as crazy as it got!

Raul and Adam didn't want to be left out of the pictures!
So, yeah, we just ate,

and talked,

and played Apples to Apples

and then we all went home!

A very enjoyable evening!

Christmas Day!

So, here a few shots from Christmas day:

We'll start here with Adam and the side of my head
Here's Aaron, looks like his new socks will be a good fit
Casey with his new ipod

My Mom and Dad seem to be excited about the gifts they are about to open!
And Brian, although not technically special needs, sure does look like it here!
And even Tony got some gifts too
(which by the end of the day he had already chewed his new rope bones in half!)
Adam took this picture of me with Mary Beth and Roger when we went to there house for Christmas lunch/dinner (you know, the one big meal)

And last but not least, Adam and I headed back to my parents for dessert and games
(and Kelly come to join us too! YAY!!!)

...and that's about all that went on - Christmas was a good day!
